About the Growth Scorecard

What is the Growth Readiness Scorecard?

A free, 10-minute self-assessment for small business owners and leaders. It scores your business across strategy, team, marketing, sales and AI, and identifies the one area most likely to be holding your growth back.

How is my score calculated?

You rate 25 statements from 1 to 5. Each of the five areas is scored out of 25, for a total out of 125. Your total places you in one of four growth stages: Scaling, Growing but capped, Stalling or Stuck.

What does my constraint mean?

Your constraint is your lowest-scoring area. Improving it usually lifts the other areas too, so it’s the best place to focus first.

Who is the scorecard for?

Owners and leaders of small businesses, typically with 1 to 100 employees. It was created by Skayle 360 for Massachusetts small businesses, but works for any small business.

Is it really free?

Yes. You enter your name and email to see your results. There’s no obligation to book a call.

How often should I take it?

Every 90 days. Retaking it shows what has improved and whether your constraint has moved.
