Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer W-2 employees can have SCALE UP growth training covered by the Workforce Training Fund Express Grant. Answer two questions and find out in 60 seconds whether your company qualifies.
Takes 60 seconds. No email required to see your result.
Every Massachusetts employer pays into the Workforce Training Fund through its quarterly unemployment insurance filings. The Express Grant is how a small business gets it back. SCALE UP is built to fit inside the limits exactly, so eligible companies typically see the full cost reimbursed.
The Express Grant is administered by Commonwealth Corporation. Skayle 360 is a registered provider in its Express Course Directory. Awards are subject to eligibility, available funds and state approval, which Skayle 360 does not control.
We confirm whether your company qualifies and whether the training fits where you are. If it does not, you will hear that.
A 20 to 30 minute working session to complete the Express application. We walk you through the two state certificates you need.
Live sessions with up to fifteen Massachusetts companies. You work on your own business in every session.
Your grant agreement begins 21 days after the application is submitted, and training cannot start before it. For a January 19 cohort start, that puts the practical deadline in mid December, and the room is capped at fifteen companies.
You build a one-year strategic growth plan, your USP, core values and a view of your competitive position.
Hiring, culture, accountability and the practices that let your team decide without you in the room.
Buyer personas, differentiation and a written one-year marketing plan tied to your growth goal.
Your website, SEO, content library, outbound and the customer story that makes your buyer the hero.
Prompting, agents and applying AI to the plans you just built, so a small team does the work of a bigger one.
Two of the five modules go straight at growth: lead generation and AI. You come in with a growth problem. You leave with the engine that fixes it, built on your own business in the room, not a case study about someone else's.
25+ working templates, your completed plans and the frameworks behind them. The capability stays inside your company after the cohort ends, which is the part an agency never leaves behind.
For eligible Massachusetts employers, the training is typically reimbursed in full through the Express Grant, up to the $15,000 annual cap. The grant is a reimbursement, so your company pays the invoice and the state pays you back after the course is completed. We walk through the timing on the call.
About 30 minutes. We complete the Express application with you on a Zoom call. You request two state certificates, one from the Department of Revenue and one from the Department of Unemployment Assistance, and we show you exactly where to click.
Only if you are paid on W-2 payroll. If you take distributions instead, one W-2 employee attending is enough to secure the reimbursement for the course.
Fifty hours across five modules: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 to 3:30 PM ET, from January 19 to March 25, 2027. Sessions are live and virtual, and you work on your own business in each one.
No. The Express Grant funds training, not consulting. You and your team do the work in the sessions, using the templates. Chris teaches, answers your questions and keeps the room on time.
Sessions are live so you can ask about your own situation in real time. If something comes up you get the materials and a catch-up with Chris rather than a recording and a shrug.
You will know on the 15-minute call, before you have spent anything. If the grant is not available to you, we will tell you plainly rather than sell around it.
Pick a time that suits you. Chris will check whether the Workforce Training Fund Express Grant can cover SCALE UP for your company and walk you through the next step. No prep needed.
