The SCALE UP program

Five modules, one operating system.

SCALE UP is a build, not a lecture series. Fifty hours across strategy, team, marketing, lead generation and AI — where each module builds directly on the one before it. You practice on your own business, not a case study.

01 — The Sequence
The order is the strategy.
Most training programs hand you five disconnected topics. SCALE UP is built so each module's material feeds the next — which is why running them out of order does not work.
“A business has only two functions: marketing and innovation. Everything else is a cost.”
After Peter Drucker
That conviction is what the program is organized around. The first four modules build the foundation and supply the marketing; the fifth puts the innovation engine in the owner's hands.
01
Built for lean teams
Every framework was chosen because a small team can actually run it — and nearly every tool the program reaches for is free or low-cost.
02
Sequenced, not scattered
A foundation before an engine, an engine before you scale it. Small sequenced moves compound; scattered ones cancel out.
How each module feeds the next
01
Strategic Planning
Mission, values and USP — plus the strategic plan and scorecard behind them.
Module 2 builds the team that has to carry that plan.
02
Building Your Team
An honest read on your team, the right people in the right seats, and meeting rhythms.
Module 3 gives that team something specific to take to market.
03
Marketing Strategy
How your market really works, three real differentiators, and a written marketing plan.
Module 4 turns that plan into the channels buyers actually see.
04
Lead Generation
A website that converts, a content library behind it, and the lead channels worth funding.
Module 5 makes all of it faster and cheaper to produce.
05
AI for Growth
Prompting, agents and the tools worth knowing — applied to the plans you drafted.
Loops back and strengthens every module before it.
02 — The Modules
Every section, in full.
Ten hours per module, taught live in two-and-a-half-hour working sessions. Eachone opens with the framework, moves into a guided breakout where participantsapply it to their own business, and closes by working the matching template.

03 — What's Included
The training materials
you keep.
The cohort ends; the course materials do not. Everything below stays with your team in editableform, so participants can reapply the frameworks on their own after training.
25+
Editable templates
Strategic plan, marketing plan, scorecards, personas — worked through in session as training exercises.
650+
Training slides
The full deck library, so your team can revisit any framework after the cohort ends.
50
Hours of recordings
Every session recorded, so someone who missed a week is not left behind.
1:1
Instructor access
Questions answered between sessions as part of the course, so nobody stays stuck on a framework.
04 — The Templates
25+ templates you work in, not read.
Every framework in the program has a template behind it. Participants fill them in during the breakout rooms, with their own numbers, alongside the other companies in the room — and keep the editable files afterward. Here are seven of them.
05 — Logistics

How the training actually runs.

Two sessions a week for ten weeks. Employees must be paid their regular wages while attending — that is a Workforce Training Fund requirement, so budget roughly 2.5 hours of paid time per session.
Scope of the engagement
SCALE UP is instructor-led training. Participants learn each framework and apply it to their own organization during guided sessions using our templates. Skayle 360 delivers instruction and course materials; it does not produce plans or documents on a company's behalf.
